Returns

If the goods you receive are faulty, please return them to us in their original condition within 7 days and we will replace them, or refund the cost of the goods and carriage.

You may return any goods within 7 days without giving any reason. However, products must be returned in as new condition, unused in their original condition and within the original packaging.

Please send your return and clearly label all returns to 'Returns Department' providing us with your:

Name
Order Number
Daytime telephone number
Reason for return
Action you require (i.e. exchange or refund)

We do not include free returns. Postage to cover the cost of returning goods for exchange or refund is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage.

Refunding of money: Please allow 10 working days for your account to be credited. This is due to the process of refunding and not any delay on our part.

Payment for goods accepted in Pound Sterling (£).
